These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Food Photographer UK's services.
All photography services are subject to a clear agreement on the scope of work, duration, deliverables, and fees. A booking is confirmed upon agreement and, where applicable, payment of a deposit.
Our standard hourly rates are £180 for the first hour, £150/hour for 2-5 hours, and £120/hour for 5+ hours. Conceptual shoots are quoted individually. Travel expenses for on-location shoots and postage for product delivery shoots are charged additionally. Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
You will receive high-resolution, web-optimised images with basic colour correction within one week of the shoot. One round of minor revisions is typically included. Extensive retouching or additional revisions may incur extra costs.
Unless a specific licensing agreement is made, photos are licensed for the client's internal use and standard marketing (website, social media, print menus). Full commercial rights (e.g., for billboards, national advertising campaigns) or the release of RAW files will require a separate licensing fee.
The photographer retains copyright of all images.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with sufficient notice. Fees may apply for late cancellations.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the availability of products, dishes, and access to the shoot location. For studio product delivery, clients are responsible for postage costs.
